How to Use the ICT FVG+FIBO Indicator in Your Trading
Identify the Trend: Look at the labels on the chart. Is the indicator plotting a series of BOS to the upside (bullish trend) or to the downside (bearish trend)? A CHoCH signals a potential change in that trend. Wait for a Retracement: After a BOS, a pullback is expected. Let the price retrace back towards the origin of the move. Find Your Point of Interest (POI): This is where the magic happens. Look for a confluence of: A Fair Value Gap (FVG) box plotted by the indicator. A key Fibonacci Level, ideally within the 0.618 - 0.786 Optimal Trade Entry (OTE) zone.
Execute Your Trade: When the price enters this high-confluence POI, you can look for your entry trigger. Set your stop-loss below the structural low (for a long) or above the structural high (for a short). Your target can be the next liquidity level or structural high/low.
